unBLOK Recycled Foam Yoga Block

Thoughtfully designed to be the most versatile foam block in the market, the unBLOK satisfies the needs of yogis everywhere. The adjacent & dual curves allow for versatility in traditional poses, offering a deeper, more natural arc support while the flat sides of the block maintain the support of a traditional block. In standing poses, the unBLOK allows the wrist to rest more comfortably on the curved edge of the block as opposed to a standard flat side. Similarly, it increases comfort in heart openers and back bends when lying on the ground so the back can rest more comfortably on the block Like our Recycled Foam Blocks, the UnBLOK has a higher level of recycled material than any other block currently in the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love the Curves! The curves in this block are such a great feature! It compliments the natural curve of my spine which can be especially helpful in restorative practices. Also, simply a great, sturdy block. Well done!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great design, colour and functionality The curved surface provides a tilt in seated postures that assists with spinal alignment and good posture. The curved sides provides stablisation for wrists in standing balances such as Arda Candrasana and good support for back bends. Delighted with the rich colour that compliments manduka's shadow recycled wool blankets which I use for workshops.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A perfect solution. I was struggling with hand and wrist pain and couldn't continue to practice yoga because of it. I was so excited after trying a pair of unBloks in a yoga class while on vacation. The curved surface takes the pressure off of my wrists and enables me to continue to practice with modifications.

Are these blocks made in the USA? If not which country? Thank you for your helf

Asked by: Slyfox
That's a tough question. I did a little research and couldn't find anything about where they are manufactured. I did find something that said the mats are made in Germany. You might try calling customer service to see if they have any information. They were really helpful when I had questions about the Manduka mat I bought. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful. That being said, I absolutely LOVE these blocks. They are super easy to grip because of the design. I find I am able to balance better with these than a traditional block. Also, I have a lower back injury and I use these blocks to give me a little bit more support/stretch when I "bridge" (not sure the exact yoga pose name). The only thing I think you should be aware of with these blocks is that they might seem a bit smaller than traditional blocks. That being said, they are the exact same dimensions as traditional blocks at their widest points. With a little practice, (probably a couple of times using them) I doubt you'll notice a difference. Basically I think you are able to get more out of these blocks than traditional blocks, (meaning I think you can tailor your workout to your needs a bit better). I hope this helps. Happy New Year and Happy Practicing!
