Domestic Orders (Contiguous US)

US orders ship from Carson, California.

Our warehouse processes online orders between Monday and Friday. Orders placed with Home Delivery will be delivered Tuesday-Saturday. Orders placed with expedited shipping will be delivered Monday-Friday. (Weekend delivery is not available).

Orders received before 12:30pm (Pacific Time) on a business day will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:30pm (Pacific Time) will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed after 12:30pm (Pacific Time) on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the next business day (which is usually a Monday).

Kindly note, during holidays and peak volume times, it may take additional time to fulfill your order. Please be mindful of shipping carriers being closed during holidays and on select days, and the volume of orders received increases and extends time in transit. For a complete list of all U.S. Holidays observed by FedEx, please feel free to visit their website. Weather conditions may affect transit times as well.

A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.

For all orders shipping within the contingent United States (excluding PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses), Manduka uses FedEx. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package.

 

Canada Domestic Orders

Canada orders ship from Kamloops, BC.

Please note that due to an automatic ordering system, order cancellations and modifications are no longer possible once your order has been placed online. As soon as your order is shipped out, you will receive a tracking email that will enable you to track your package.

Free Shipping Exclusions 

Certain orders are not eligible for free shipping. Exclusions include:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, and off-shore U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico
  • APO/DPO/FPO and PO Box addresses
  • International orders
  • Wholesale orders

International Orders

  • USPS Priority Mail International takes 6-10 business days and time to pass through customs.*
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International takes 3-5 business days and time to pass through customs.*
  • FedEx International Economy takes 3-5 business days and time to pass through customs.*

On international orders, the recipient is responsible for payment of applicable duties, taxes and other fees imposed by the buyer's country. Gift orders may be assessed duty depending on the country. Please contact your customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Russia, Iran and Syria at this time.

 

Root Board Orders

Root Boards are shipped directly from the manufacturer and will have separate tracking information. Root Board orders are only eligible for ground shipping, expedited 2 day shipping and overnight shipping are not available. Missing Orders

If your tracking number shows “delivered”, but you have not received it, please reach out to our Customer Care Team within 5 days ([email protected] or call 1-877-MANDUKA), so that we can open an investigation with FedEx to try to locate your order. Manduka is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages.
