Installation Instructions
Important: Install into a structurally sound wall surface. Professional installation recommended for commercial environments.

1. Attach Posts to Wall Plate: Use the included screws and Allen wrench (hex key) to secure posts to the wall mount plate. Tighten fully before installation.
2. Position the Rack/Select desired height and location, allowing clearance for mat length and easy access.
3. Mark Mounting Points: Hold the assembled rack in position and use a level to mark all mounting holes.
4. Mount to Studs (Preferred – U.S.): Align primary hanging holes (15.75") with wall studs and secure using provided screws.
5. Add Anchors for Additional Support: Use secondary hanging holes (9.875") with included anchors to reinforce installation.
6. Masonry Installation (Brick/Concrete): Pre-drill holes with a masonry bit, insert anchors, and secure the wall plate with screws.
7. Final Check: Ensure rack is level and all hardware is tightened before use.
8. Load Mats Evenly: Distribute mats across posts. Do not exceed capacity of 10 mats.

Wipe down with a soft cloth to remove dust, dirt, and fingerprints. For deeper cleaning, use a warm, damp cloth. Dry completely after cleaning to prevent moisture buildup.

Aluminum is naturally corrosion-resistant; however, exposure to harsh environments such as salt air, constant moisture, or improper cleaning without fully drying may cause surface dulling or minor corrosion over time.
