Instructor Bio:
Sofi’s passion is movement and nutrition. She was born and raised in Argentina and moved to NYC at 24. She has been teaching yoga there for the past 13 years. Her classes are slow-paced and traditional. She focuses on form and breathing to help to open up the body and ease the mind. She has a daughter who she practices yoga with too.
