This yoga flow is designed to be practiced completely wrist-free and is accessible for all levels. It will help you build lower body, hip flexor, and core strength through a series of intense balancing poses and twists. Take an optional peak inversion pose and cool down with a soothing series of hip-releasing poses and savasana.
