Harpinder Kaur Mann is a trauma-informed yoga, meditation, mindfulness instructor. As an Indian-American yoga teacher, she is fueled by teaching yoga as a spiritual path - as it was meant to be shared. Her classes focus on breathing techniques (pranayama), accessible postures for all body types (asana), meditation, and connecting back to the source. My hope is that you leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and loved.
