  • Use & Care

    To Use: Place your yogitoes towel on top of your yoga mat or directly on the floor, dot-side down. Some practitioners start with a dry yogitoes towel, while others prefer to slightly dampen the areas under the hands and feet before they begin. When you are finished, avoid rolling up damp yogitoes with your mat.

    To Wash: Machine wash cold with like colors. Deeper colors may require multiple, separate washings to remove excess dye. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not bleach. Do not use dryer sheets, fabric softeners or detergents with fabric softener, as they will make the surface of your yogitoes slick. Because some dye loss may continue beyond the initial separate washings, use caution when practicing on light colored mats, or in light colored clothing.

  • Sustainability

    Each yogitoes towel is made from no fewer than eight discarded plastic bottles, preventing them from entering landfills or polluting the ocean. The recycled bottles are woven into 50% poly yarn that requires 66% less energy to produce. Our rich, vibrant colors are created free of AZO, lead and heavy metal dyes to protect our workers, our customers, and our environment. We use only FSC certified recycled paper in our packaging. Pattern makes me feel happy every day I use it in my practice. Washes well; I dry it on low temp. So happy I bought this!! May buy more as gifts, especially for my 2 grown yogi children.  Buy this towel while you can! You will love practicing on it. Yogi toes knows what the real practice of yoga is about!

I like the non slip security of the mat towel so I don’t need to worry about my hands slipping in downward facing dog in a warm yoga studio. I have several yogitoes mat towels but this one always makes my practice a little happier seeing the elephant and the lotus flower :-)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sticks to yoga mat well The yogitoes towel adheres to the yoga mat really well. What I've learned, though, is that when you're not yet sweaty, your hands can slip on the towel. When you're sweaty, you stick well to the towel.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Absorbing but Wrong Size Listed and Fadrd Purchased the Pro which is 72in. Enlightened towel was listed as 72in but was only 68 in. the Enlightened was the only pattern listed that would fit the Manduka Pro. I was extremely disappointed when I went to use it the first time and it was way too short. Also the online photo is very vibrant. The towel was slightly washed out when it arrived & it would have been ok but with washing it has really faded. Love the towel, very absorbing which is why I gave it 3 stars. Function is pretty good. But most matts are a bit dull so I wanted something pretty. Was very disappointed. Since the Pro matts are 72 in I would highly recommend offering some of the more popular prints in a 72 in as well.
