Get the Edge - Smart Ways to Train at Home

Why train at home? One reason is to improve your physical weaknesses. Maybe your abdominals are weak or you need stronger arms for partnering. These are things you can work on away from your dance studio. Another reason is to stay competitive. For every class you take, someone else is taking class, then doing a Pilates mat session. Remember, you're an athlete; don't neglect cross-training. Anything you can do to lower your risk of injury is a bonus to your craft. You don't need an entire room's worth of equipment.
