3 tips you tell your yoga students
1. There is no such thing as 'mastering a pose' - it's called practice, not perfect.
2. Never anticipate - just because you may come into class feeling tired or energized doesn't necessarily dictate how your class will go.
3. Don't forget to breath. We hold our breath as a natural reaction to fear. Don't let fear dictate your path.
