Machine wash cold with like colors. Deeper colors may require multiple, separate washings to remove excess dye. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not bleach. Do not use dryer sheets, fabric softeners or detergents with fabric softener, as they will make the surface of your Skidless slick.
Because some dye loss may continue beyond the initial separate washings, use caution when practicing on light colored mats or in light colored clothing.
Avoid rolling up damp Skidless with your mat.
Place Skidless dot-side down on top of your yoga/exercise mat, carpet, pilates machine or fitness equipment.
Some practitioners start with a dry Skidless towel, while others prefer to slightly dampen the areas under the hands and feet before they begin.
Use for all asanas including surya namaskar (sun salutation).
Wash separately before using – dyes may bleed - because we use dyes that are heavy metal/AZO/lead free and much better for the planet.

I use this for hot yoga. It's held up very well to lots of use and washing. I'll probably order more so I'm not constantly washing throughout the week between yoga classes. Skid-less and absorbent. I highly recommend.
The feet definitely keep the towel from moving from the mat, but the fabric side is a bit too slick in texture to be comfortable in down-dog. Until I really get sweaty, my hands and feet have trouble keeping traction. Wetting it definitely helps but sometimes its not enough. Most days I start with it rolled up so I get traction from the mat and then switch to the towel midway through a practice.
It cleans in the regular wash well, and air dries quickly so it can be used regularly. It has held up well through dozens of washes and held color.
I'm about to buy another one so I don't have to keep washing every other day. best one I had to date.
I had one of the for five years of pretty heavy use before leaving it at a hotel. I replaced it with the manduka towel because it was cheaper and bigger, but after three years, I was tired of slipping on the manduka towel (has to be pretty wet). The yogitoes is both soft to lie on, and stops the skidding. It feels ridiculous to drop $50 on a towel, but they hold up really well and it makes practicing much more of a joy.
