To Order Online
For each item you would like to order, click "add to cart" on the product page to place the item in your shopping cart. Once in your shopping cart, enter your country and zip/postal code and choose your preferred shipping method from the options provided. Next, enter the required information, choose the Credit Card payment method, and click “complete purchase” to complete the order process. You will receive an order confirmation by email within moments of your completed purchase. Please double-check all entries. Customers are responsible for any incorrect address entries, which result in UPS surcharges. In the event of a UPS surcharge, Manduka will charge a $10.00 fee to the credit card associated with the order.
To Order by Phone
To order by phone, please call (toll-free) 1-877-MANDUKA (626-3852). Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5pm PST. If calling outside of office hours, please leave your name, address, (country and postal code for international orders), area code/phone number, and email address. A Manduka representative will contact you within one business day.
To Order by Mail

Once in your shopping cart, enter your country and zip/postal code and choose your preferred shipping method from the options provided. Fill out your billing/shipping address and print this page. To proceed with the order, mail the order page(s) and preferred payment for the total amount, including taxes and shipping fees, if applicable. Manduka accepts credit cards, checks and money orders. Please remit payment to MANDUKA. For payments by check, please allow two weeks for processing.

International Orders (Outside of the US):

International Duties and Taxes
All international shipments must list the value of merchandise on the outside of the package for customs reasons. All taxes, duties, brokerage fees and expenses related to importation and compliance with local import country laws are exclusively the responsibility of the recipient.
Military, Alaska & Hawaii Orders
Manduka.com now accepts orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Military addresses!

Once in your shopping cart, enter your zip code and choose your preferred shipping method from the options provided. Next, enter the required information, choose the Credit Card payment method, and click “complete purchase” to complete the order process. All PO Box and APO/FPO addresses will be shipped through USPS Parcel Service only.

Manduka.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. Manduka accepts the following forms of payment for purchases:

Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Manduka.com online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 3 - 6 business days (UPS Ground). You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each item when it ships. We don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment.
UPS Next Day Air
You will receive your order the next business day if your order is placed before 3 PM PST Monday through Friday. Next Day delivery applies to in-stock items only.
UPS 2nd Day Air
You will receive your order two business days after shipment if your order is placed before 3 PM PST Monday through Friday. 2 Day delivery applies to in-stock items only.
