For yogis and non-yogis alike, this year's Yoga for Hope is not one you'll want to miss out on!!

Join this fundraising and awareness event for City of Hope and the integration, research and promotion of yoga, music and mind-body practices as preventive and supportive care for patients, as well as their loved ones, dealing with Cancer, Diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening diseases.

The event will feature early morning Meditation and Yoga Therapy workshops followed by a 2 hour group class lead by top teachers from the LA Yoga community. Featuring instructors such as Sara Ivanhoe, Annie Carpenter, Anthony Benenati and Shiva Rea, as well as musical performances by Steve Gold.

Can't make it the day of the event, but would still like to help? No worries! You can register as a virtual yogi and show your support by helping to raise funds from the comfort of your own home!!
