My Manduka knows me better than anyone. It has seen tears, sweat, and sometimes even blood, not to mention been witness to moments of extreme joy, bliss and peace. It doesn't judge me and loves me unconditionally. My Manduka is where I go to reclaim myself.

Resolve to Give Back with Scott Lewicki

Resolve to Give Back! Let your New Year's resolution support Seva - self-less service - by contributing to the Yoga Gives Back project.

Scott Lewicki will teach a special, very playful hour long Anusara class, live Kirtan music by Sura Das and Temple Bhajan Band, a presentation by YGB, Indian snacks and great raffle prizes. Collection of wonderful, open-hearted souls. Your contribution makes a difference.

When: Saturday, January 15 • 6:30pm - 9:30pm

Yoga Gives Back: Last Class of the Year

YGB debuts in Portland, Oregon, as Amy Bratton at Yoga Union teachs this special donation New Year's Eve Class with live music. Suggested donation $ 5-$25, and all proceeds go to YGB. Thanks Amy and Yoga Union to host this event, sharing the YGB mission to help fight poverty in India!!!

L A Yoga's N Y E Community Extravaganza

Enjoy a celebration worth supporting, as LA YOGA Magazine host a special benefit event, raising capital & consciousness for the YOGA For Youth Foundation.

This event begins Friday, December 31st at 2pm, with 3 yoga sets from some of the finest yoga teachers in Los Angeles, and rolls into live music at 7:30pm all the way till 3am in the morning!!!

Food vendors include raw & vegan cuisine by Euphoria Loves Rawvolution, & The Samosa House. High Country Kombucha will be on tap! Plus organic elixirs & drinks at the bar. There will be eco/green booths, and beautiful lounge space!

Exhale & Yoga Give Back Womens Empowerment Workshop

Micheline Pierrette Berry, Isabelle De Soleil, Jo Tastula, and Keri Ann Telford will lead the Yoga flow and dance at Exhale's Women's Empowerment Workshop Holiday Special: "Giving and Receiving from the Heart".

When: Friday, Dec 10, 8-10pm.
Where: Exhale, Venice

Momo Loudiyi, Moroccan world musician, will perform live a unique and fantastic blend of timeless Sufi music and globally influenced danceable trance arrangements.

This event features great raffle prizes and treats. Men and women of all levels are welcome.

The majority of the funds donated and generated will be used to empower and educate more women and their children in the some of the most rural areas of India via YogaGivesBack.org.

This will be another very magical night at Exhale - Grab a friend, a mat and your dancing toes and be a part of the solution and the fun!
