Join Karen Lerner, Shelley Coughin, and Manduka Ambassadors Mike Matsumura and Denise Cook, for a high-energy, heartfelt, and inspiring asana practice, set tot the delicious rhythmic beats of DJ Uplifter. First 20 to arrive will receive a Manduka eQua hand towel!
