Midsummer Night's Sangha for Yoga Gives Back

On July 25th, yogis dedicated their time and bodies in support of Yoga Gives Back. Manduka Ambassador, Sarah Ezrin, and yoga teachers, Mary Beth LaRue and Jocelyn Kay Lee joined forces to lead a donation flow class. Following the class, yogis mixed and mingled with one another. Donated items were auctioned off to support micro-financing organizations in India. This event was Karma Yoga in its purest form- every breath, every asana, and every gift was given benevolently and selflessly in the service of others.

#Practice Connection with Kia & Tommy

We #practiced Purpose, we #practiced Inner Power, and now we are #practicing Connection as our #practice Community classes continue!

Join us, Kia Miller and Tommy Rosen on Saturday, July 17 from 5-7PM at Yoga Co. in Santa Monica as we experience a potent combination of hatha flow, Kundalini Kriya, meditation and chanting, all while practicing connection with ourselves, with others and with the earth.
