My Manduka Mat traveled around the world with me from Fiji to New Zealand, Bali, Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Iceland and the East Coast before following me to my hometown of Seattle. It didn't matter where I went, when I rolled out my mat to practice I felt like I was home.

Solstice in Times Square

On Monday, June 21st, thousands of yoga enthusiasts celebrated the longest day of the year with an all day yoga fest. Attendees were challenged to find tranquility and transcendence in the midst of the world's most commercial and frenetic place, Times Square.

The first 100 pre-registered attendees to show up for each class for each class also snagged a Manduka eKO Lite Yoga Mat. After the classes, the Solstice in Times Square village provided product samples, demonstrations and free giveaways from Friendship Dairies, smartwater, Holistic Select, Batiste, Manduka, In New York + Where Magazines, The New York Times and more!

Join us, Ashley Turner and DJ Drez on Saturday, June 19 from 2-4PM at Exhale in Venice as we dive into a full spectrum yoga practice to tap your inner power.

Challenge your personal philosophy in this vigorous vinyasa flow to wring out your body and open your heart. Set to a backdrop of soulful soundscapes and ambient grooves, practice the radical self-acceptance and self-responsibility necessary to breakthrough to the next level in your life. When we get all systems (mental, emotional, physical, spiritual) working online together and learn how to manage our energy wisely - we create Inner Power. Build self-confidence and self-trust by showing up for yourself!
