After tearing through numerous other yoga mats a year I decided that if I was going to take my practice more seriously, that I had to take my mat more seriously. I upgraded to a Black Mat PRO and have never looked back. I can always come to practice on it and feel like I am being nurtured and protected.

LA Gives Love - Charity Event!

The earthquake in Haiti happened almost a year ago, but the efforts to rebuild the devastated nation will persist for years to come. In an effort to expedite this process actress, Patricia Arquette, founded GiveLove which establishes sustainable housing, fresh water filtration and sanitation infrastructure in Haitian communities. This event will feature several activities for you to enjoy while giving love!
Open your heart and your mind with a heart chakra awakening yoga class led by Julie Rader
Develop your intuition and gain psychic insight into your own life facilitated by Jill Willard
Enjoy a vegetarian dinner made, with love, by Matt Rothert
There is a suggested donation of $55, $111 or $222 (the more you give, the cooler gift bag you get!) However, anything you can give is appreciated!
Ms. Arquette will be speaking about her organization at the event and live music will be provided by Gordon Peeke, Darren Pujalet and Linda Baffa. Grab your yoga mat and come give some love!
