Headstand
Headstand is part of an up and coming yoga-in-schools movement, designed to give yoga instruction for school-based youth. This remarkable program, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, provides yoga for students because kids who do yoga “Experience less stress, have higher academic performance and it is better for physical and emotional fitness.”
Here at Manduka, we were honored to donate 15 PROlites for their program and their fundraiser gala. Headstand was featured on CBS last month:
