Description/Bio
I discovered yoga when i moved from Germany to Los Angeles in 1996 and practiced with Christi Minarovich. She was so inspiring, it was like finally another door opened for me.....then i moved to New York and practiced Anusara with Elena Brower, who refined my practice. Everything fell miraculously into place when i fell in love and moved to Montezuma, a small fishing village in Costa Rica, in 2001. I opened a yoga studio and retreat center at the beautiful Hotel Los Mangos and have been teaching and organizing retreats ever since... I feel truly blessed to be able to do what i love and to share my passion and inspiration with my students.
