Christine MacConnell has been steadily practicing yoga since 2000, focusing on the Ashtanga tradition. (Her studies also include Jivamukti, Hot Yoga, Hatha, Anusara, Vinyasa Flow, and a broad range of other classes). Teaching since 2006, in 2008, she received her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Certification from It’s Yoga-Cincinnati, and is registered with Yoga Alliance. She currently teaches yoga in several, local, diverse studios and clubs, with students ranging from beginner to advanced. Teaching has always been central to her spirit. Combining creativity with a passionate edge, Christine hopes to bring forth a sense of hope, awareness, self-reflection, and strength in her students. Namaste.
