Yoga Style: Power Yoga, Vinyasa
I have been a "gym rat" since 1990, always loving the workout "high". Realized about 7yrs. ago that the running and high impact aerobics would take a toll on my body and discovered power yoga. I love sharing the challenge and joy yoga has brought to my life, so in 2011 I faced my fear of speaking in front of a class and received my 200hr. yoga certification. I continue to train, so as to bring more knowledge to the mat and to my students. Yoga is energy, calmness, and change. Each day different on your mat, but always changing and growing!
