Description/Bio

Rosie has been practicing yoga since 2004. Her practice began as a compliment to training for the L.A. Marathon. After a few years this became so much more than just a form of exercise, it became her practice. She uses Yoga as a laboratory to learn integrity, honesty, discipline and acceptance. Growing up in Los Angeles and working in Hollywood she found that Yoga was her only way to find her space for peace. She studied Business Marketing at Mount St. Mary’s in Los Angeles.

Rosie completed her teacher training at YogaWorks receiving a 500hr RYT certification and the Awakened Heart, Embodied Mind training with Hala Khouri and Julian Walker at Exhale Center for Sacred Movement in Venice, CA.

A huge advocate of self-healing, she writes about the importance of self-love, acceptance, organic living and healthy eating at www.organicmexicangirl.com. Rosie enjoys teaching Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and Life Coaching her students to better health as a certified Nutritionist. She support her students in their quests a more sustainable lifestyle through Yoga, Nutrition and Self-Affirmation. On sunny and rainy days you she enjoys beautiful nature runs along the riverfront and walking her two frenchies and Pekingese named Chuy.
