Yoga Style: Kripalu, Vinyasa Flow
Ariele is DC's only Registered Yoga Teacher / Doctor of Physical Therapy and is also an earth-loving, bike riding, veggie-chowing redheaded sunbeam. She has been teaching Kripalu-based vinyasa flow and restorative/therapeutic yoga since 2001. Her grandmother, Lilo, is an amazing yoga teacher in Virginia. Ariele grew up practicing yoga with her grandma and recently stepped down as a full-time eco-justice warrior to be a steward of the wild, mysterious ecosystem of the human body. She lives in Washington, DC and teaches at Yoga District, Embrace Yoga, and Epic Yoga.
