Who's On The Mat
From The Heart
Manduka's been a part of my practice since day one. Like me, the older and more beat up my mat gets, the stronger it becomes.
South Jordan, UT
Why Manduka?: It doesn't matter what type of floor you are on when using Manduka mat. The stability and steadiness of the mat make you feel you are always on "terrafirma."
What does your Manduka help you #practice?: My Manduka helps me practice because it never gives up.
Yoga Style: Iyengar, Therapeutic
