Dennis first tried yoga on his own by reading the Sivananda Companion to Yoga and putting things he read about into practice. He was hooked. 6 years later, after exploration of many yoga styles and teaching, Dennis spent a month at the Sivananda Yoga Farm in Grass Valley, CA. It was a Teacher Training Course. Coming a full circle, back to the Sivananda teachings. Now, a Registered Yoga Teacher 200, he teaches more than just the Sivananda Hatha yoga. Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa, and Hot Yoga. He is interested in learning more about the therapeutic side of yoga to specifically help people with movement limitations and degenerative diseases.
