Dance and stage movement captivated Tunde throughout her early childhood and college career. Her love for dance and play spill from her being both on and off the yoga mat.
Tunde is a certified CorePower Yoga instructor, and has been practicing yoga since 2003. She is Director of the Boulder CorePower Yoga Teacher Trainings, and teaches kid-yoga through the Boulder YMCA.
Tunde's classes tend to be very fluid and challenging. The inward journey is not over at the end of class, just the beginning. She encourages students to take yoga off the mat, cultivating, courage, patience and breathe to face all of life’s lessons and discover freedom. Her influences include Shiva Rea, Anna Forest, Brock & Krista Cahill and Janet Stone.
