Avid surfer, certified yoga instructor and surf-nutrition specialist Peggy Hall couldn't believe how much her surfing improved when she first started practicing yoga in the late-90's to overcome her years of chronic shoulder tendinitis. Amazed that there were no surf-specific yoga videos at the time, Peggy set out to spread the yoga vibe with surfers around the word with her best-selling Yoga for Surfers DVD series, which has sold more than 125,000 copies worldwide since 2002. Peggy is the featured health and wellness expert for the ABC Radio Network and is a contributing editor and writer for national health magazines.
