Michelle caught the yoga bug in 1992. By 1996 she completed her first teacher certification with John Friend. Today, she is a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 200 hour level through the Yoga Alliance. She has completed over 300 hours of study with Richard Freeman, and almost as many through Anusara.
These days Michelle is a yoga therapist at The Children's Hospital in Colorado. She received YogaEd © certification in 2006. She offers yoga to groups and individual kids and teens, both inpatient and outpatient with mental and physical health issues.
Michelle also teaches at OmTime Denver. Her goal in all her classes is to provide yoga to kids of all ages in developing strong bodies, sharp minds, and resiliency. Michelle can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
