Natalie literally stumbled into yoga with a sore back from competing as a professional slalom water skier at the peak of her career. Ten years, 15 professional titles and a 2 World Cup wins later, Natalie officially retired after the birth of her son in 2009. Yoga Alliance certified in 2007, she currently shares her passion for Core Strength Vinyasa having discovered Sadie Nardini in 2010. With a CSV certification and a practive reinvigorated from the inside-out with this dynamic, intelligent concept of yoga, Natalie spreads the love along the shores of Lake Geneva in Switzerland.
