Every day of my life I am sharing my energy with family, friends, loved ones and acquaintances. Yoga is an opportunity to recycle that prana back into myself. Replenishing at the well source. Advancing in the depths of that infinite, I am able to offer myself forth unreservedly, unapologetically, and without attachment.Spending the currency of time upon myself, I am able to accept with grace, my shortcomings, my divinities, my humanity. I am blessed in this life beyond measure. Yoga allows me the wisdom to welcome in this vibrancy with humbleness and an open heart. Namaste.
