Kimberly Hooks, RYT-200, is a South Carolina native with a background in hatha yoga and a BS in Business Management from Coastal Carolina University. She began practicing yoga in 2002, initially drawn to the practice for the physical challenge, but she quickly discovered that yoga offered much more - a balance of mind, body, and spirit. Once she discovered the alignment principles of Anusara yoga, it quickly became one of her passions and set her on a new journey. She began studying with Stacey Millner-Collins and hasn’t looked back since. Kimberly now teaches Hatha Yoga with an Anusara influence and is working on an Anusara Inspired certification.
