Kelly Harris has studied various yoga traditions intensely since 2002, focusing primarily since 2007 on ashtanga vinyasa yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. She has begun working on the Intermediate Series of postures with R. Sharath at the KPJ Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India and currently run tapas yoga shala in Davenport, IA with her husband, Evan Harris. Her practice and teachings reflect the truth of freedom through discipline.
