Julia is living and teaching Yoga in Norway and across the globe. She runs Tempel Yoga Norway together with her mother. While having strong roots in her homecountry, travelling is essential to her learing and sharing yoga with others. At their retreat place in Guatemala/Lake Atitlan, she often goes to for reflection and living the slow pura vida. Julia teaches authentic yoga, influenced by her dance background, her teachers Mark Whitwell and Shiva Rea and Ayurveda. If you can breathe you can do yoga!
