My Manduka creates an oasis for me to become all of me. When I step on my Manduka mat it is like I am stepping onto a mirror. My Manduka sees me in ways that no one else does, and provides with me with a safe and comfortable place to be who I am. No judgment, no criticism, just self- reflection. This mat is like no other mat. It is awesome! There is no place I would rather be than on my mat! My Manduka is my crystal ball- it knows where I am going, even before I do.

Angela’s love for yoga began in 2003 after a car accident challenged her to find a way to rehab her knees. Successfully healing her knees and realizing the powerful healing properties of yoga, she decided she wanted to teach! Angela’s classes are playful, fun and sweaty vinyasa flow sequences. Much more than simply stretching and strengthening, yoga enlivens and awakens every cell in the body creating muscles that work together harmoniously. Regular yoga practice improves posture, relieves stress, creates powerful core strength, and integrates the body and mind creating wellness in all parts of your being.
