Why Manduka?: My Manduka Mat knows all my secrets. It holds a vast majority of my sweat and tears. I think it knows when I am giving 100% or just playing around. I am so grateful that it doesn’t have the ability to write a tell all book!

Susan found yoga to release stress. After only a few classes she was hooked. She started sharing her practice with friends and made the decision to become a yoga teacher. She completed her teacher training through Cloud 9 Yoga in 2008. Her yoga classes are filled with an eclectic mix of music, meditation and a challenging vinyasa flow. She reminds her students to let go of their egos and to enjoy the time and space.
She has attended numerous workshops throughout the United States and looks forward to continuing her studies throughout the world.
