Jamie Segal Hanley has been practicing yoga since 2003, and completed the 200 hour Bright Spirit Yoga Teacher Training in 2008 with Jillian Pransky and Carrie Parker Gastelu. After spending six years working in cosmetics marketing, Jamie decided it was time to help others find inner beauty through yoga, and opened Elevate Yoga in May 2009. Jamie’s flow classes are rooted in compassion and loving kindness, leading students through an experience that is unique to their needs.
