International Sales Representative

The Manduka Sales Team is responsible for driving our growing sales and providing our customers with world class service. We are seeking an experienced International Sales Representative to reach business targets and sales quotas through excellent sales and communication skills. The International Sales Representative will develop their revenue generation by creating leads, initiating prospect calls and supporting existing customers. You will be responsible for processing orders, answering product questions and addressing any other service needs via phone and email. Other duties include maintaining a thorough knowledge of the product line and yoga as well as supporting the international sales team on a daily basis on a variety of tasks and projects.

This position reports to the Senior Manager of International Sales. The territory will include, but not limited to, select countries in North and South America and Asia-Pacific marketplaces targeting yoga studios. The position carries the responsibility to build business and meet objectives, while demanding a high degree of service. This position offers a tremendous opportunity within a rapidly growing marketplace.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Entering and processing orders through the company ERP system (NetSuite)

-Expanding the company’s database of leads

-Contacting leads and prospects via phone / email to drive sales

-Following-up on leads and prospects and post-sale support to converted customers

-Performing outreach to and supporting existing customers

-Engaging in verbal and written correspondence in prompt and courteous manner

-Gaining a thorough knowledge base of Manduka products

-Educating and upselling prospects and customers

-Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of the yoga industry and competitors’ products

-Representing the company at trade shows and other events

-Supporting the international sales team as needed

-General office and administrative duties; a wide range of tasks and key deliverables

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook; web savvy

-Maintains a healthy lifestyle; interest in the yogic lifestyle a definite plus

-NetSuite and CRM experience is a plus

Education and Job Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Business or an acceptable combination of education and experience preferred

-Foreign language a plus

-Professional, self-motivated, focused, detail-oriented, solution-oriented and ready for a fast-paced job

-Candidate must have an outstanding work ethic, a positive attitude and an upbeat phone voice
