Customer Care Representative (International)

Manduka's Customer Care Representatives are responsible for upholding the superior level of customer service on which Manduka has built its reputation. Customer Care Reps work as a team to joyfully assist new and existing customers who are ready to place a yoga products order; reps are knowledgeable about our entire product line and enthusiastically educate our customers on Manduka’s latest offerings.

Candidate must possess a fantastic “love my life” essence and attitude, and have an outstanding work ethic, and a sunny and upbeat persona. The ability to follow instructions and collaborate with management and staff is imperative.

The Customer Care Representative for International Accounts (Customer Care Rep INT) will be responsible for managing international wholesale accounts and working very closely with the shipping department and the warehouse manager. The candidate must be committed, consistent, focused, hard-working and self-motivated with very strong communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with international customers (mainly wholesale accounts) via email

  • Establishing and growing relationships with customers and shipping contacts

  • Entering orders / invoicing / processing / shipping orders

  • Educating and upselling customers on the benefits of our products

  • General office and administrative duties; a wide range of tasks and key deliverables

  • Working with the wholesale department, and also the retail department

  • Working with the shipping assistant and warehouse manager – shipping & logistics, export trade regulations, etc.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, especially written correspondence

  • Attention to detail; eagle eye

  • Highly organized and technical

  • Quick learner; willing to hit the ground running; not afraid of making mistakes – rather, learn from them

  • Thick-skinned

  • Commitment to excellence; "How you do anything is how you do everything"

  • Strong with MS Word, Excel and other computer programs, types 60+ words per minute

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Thoughtful in approach; strives for precision

  • A positive, cheerful disposition and great attitude

  • Maintains a healthy lifestyle; interest in the yogic lifestyle a plus

  • Demonstrates "care" in everything they do

Experience and Education:

Degree: Bachelor's degree preferred

Status and Availability:

Job Status: Full Time

Availability: Monday - Friday. (Weekends off)
