You will…

-Build an impactful ambassador program that aligns with our mission and will inspire practitioners worldwide and build Manduka brand awareness

-Be the face of Manduka and create a national team of passionate leaders who will tell our brand story to inspire the practice of yoga and build awareness

-Create innovative partnerships with yoga studios, relevant retailers, wellness leaders, and charitable entities

-Maintain a brand voice at industry events and festivals and develop supporting social media strategies

-Work collaboratively with brand and digital marketing to protect and foster Manduka’s authenticity and grass-roots heritage

-Manage our PRO program with competitive and relevant incentives and engaging content

-Research and participate in all types of yoga to maintain a strong connection with diverse communities

You have…

-Completed your yoga teacher certification

-4+ years of relevant experience managing a brand ambassador program in a retail space, or have experience managing a PRO program in an influential yoga studio

-An enthusiasm and skill for building relationships

-Experience managing regional teams remotely

-Passion for social media strategies

-The flexibility to travel 25%+ domestically

-A strong network of yogis and community partners

-Strong writing skills that capture the spirit of the Manduka brand

-The ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where no job is too small

-Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, & Outlook

-A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (a plus, not a requirement)
