HOW TO DO IT Roll out your yoga mat on a firm surface. Then do our Happy And Healthy Power Yoga sequence (p. 86). Complete as many repetitions of each pose as possible, and continue to add reps as you become stronger and more familiar with the sequence. Throughout each pose, deeply breathe in and out through your nose. After completing the sequence, lie on your back for at least 2 minutes with your feet spread slightly apart, arms by your sides, and eyes closed.
