To Order Online
For each item you would like to order, click "add to cart" on the product page to place the item in your shopping cart. Once in your shopping cart, enter your country and zip/postal code and choose your preferred shipping method from the options provided. Next, enter the required information, choose the Credit Card payment method, and click “complete purchase” to complete the order process. You will receive an order confirmation by email within moments of your completed purchase.
Please double-check all entries. Customers are responsible for any incorrect address entries, which result in DPD surcharges. In the event of a DPD surcharge, Manduka will charge a €10 fee to the credit card associated with the order. In cases where any Island surcharges occur, the credit card associated with the order will be charged accordingly. Please note that surcharges vary based on shipping destination; for an estimate, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.

To order by phone, please call +32/188.8.131.52. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am – 5 pm CET. If calling outside of office hours, please leave your name, address, (country and postal code for international orders), area code/phone number, and email address. A Manduka representative will contact you within one business day.

Manduka.com uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to scramble credit card information so that customer transactions are safe and secure. Manduka accepts the following forms of payment for purchases:
Please note that once an order is placed via our website, your credit card is only authorized for the total amount of your order. Credit cards are not charged until items are shipped from our warehouse. Charges for back-ordered items are not processed until after the item is back in stock, and has shipped.
When entering my credit card information via the website, is it secure?
We use the Secure Socket Layer protocol to protect the security of your online order information. SSL technology encrypts your order information to protect it from being decoded by anyone other than Manduka.
You can tell that you are in secure mode by the following:
• The "http" in the web address will be replaced by "https"
• Depending on the browser, you will see either a padlock (Microsoft Internet Explorer, AOL, Netscape Communicator) or a solid key (Netscape Navigator) in the lower section of the browser window.
Only browsers that use the Secure Socket Layer protocol are able to order through the Manduka website. If your browser does not support SSL, you can get an upgrade at Microsoft's or Netscape's home page.
Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Manduka.com online purchases will require a signature upon delivery. Most in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours, and will arrive in 2–6 business days (DPD Classic). You will be notified if an item is out of stock. If you order items with different availability times, we will ship your order when your complete order becomes available. If you choose to have items shipped as they become available you will be billed for each item when it ships. We don't ship on Saturdays and Sundays; deliveries are done from Monday to Friday during office / opening hours and without a specified time slot.
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. You can track your shipment via DPD's website and entering your order's tracking number.
