Retreat in Bali with Twee Merrigan

“Release & Let Go” a Retreat in Bali with Twee Merrigan with optional “Returning Home” Teacher Immersion.

10-17 March 2013

You are invited to join Twee + her family at the beautiful “artist village” of Desa Seni, where she returns each year offering this annual retreat here, at her home away from home. This year she offers you a truly rejuvenating retreat focusing on doing less not more, practicing smarter not harder, and truly returning home with a deeper desire to reflect yoga in, and as, your everyday living. All this while immersing in Bali’s magnificent beauty and inherent spirituality, enjoying daily dynamic and restorative Prana Flow™ yoga, organic homegrown foods, soothing massages, sun, surf, and poolside lounging!

During this retreat we will connect with ourselves, new friends, and the local community that helps us to remember and re-acquaint ourselves with what really makes us happy. We will remember to listen (again) to the teacher within, that voice inside, that when it gets quiet enough outside, gives us all the answers we need in that moment to re-align with our god-given right of joy, freedom, and happiness. But then what happens when we return home again? How do we re-create and hold space for that voice to continue to guide us amongst the busy-ness of our daily lives? This immersion will offer some answers.

Yoga Rave!

Yoga Rave is a unique, substance free, four hour journey of meditation, yoga, interactive live "rock mantra" music, and a dance party celebration. Argentinian duo, The So What Project! performs an awesome blend of ancient sanskrit mantras mixed with modern beats. Mantras are just sound vibrations that have a specific effect on the nervous system and the energy the mantras generate during the dance party has an amazing, euphoric effect on the crowd. Get your Tickets HERE!

The event is being held for the first time in the San Francisco Bay Area against the backdrop of the acrobatic jams and circus performances of the Divine Play Acroyoga Festival. Other highlights include decadent herbal cocktails, Henna body art, massage/body work, NUMI Tea Chill Lounge, and more!
