A friend gave me the Manduka Black Mat Pro about 8 years ago, and it has been my favorite mat ever since. My Manduka supports my practice from the ground-up, which gives me the freedom to soar to new heights each time I place my feet at the top of my mat. My Manduka mat holds the energy of my devotion, love, commitment, and every daily discovery from my practice. There is no other mat out there that offers the same kind of support. I love my Manduka!

Southeast Yoga Conference Oct. 5-7

Get ready for a fun-filled weekend of yoga classes taught by nationally recognized and local teachers in Atlanta at the beautiful W Atlanta Downtown.
The 2-hour long workshops will take place on Saturday and Sunday while Friday afternoon will feature presentations addressing yoga, nutrition, ayurveda, the business of yoga, asana demos, Q&A with national teachers, and much more!

Thank You Mother India - Yoga Gives Back - Sept. 29
Join this wonderful event in Malibu, California, on September 29th from 6-9pm - there will be live music, an Indian dinner, wine, a silent auction, and a Yoga Gives Back video presentation.
Yoga Gives Back is a program that directly funds 103 (and counting!) mothers and children in India with micro-financing and education funds.
