Balispirit Festival

Balispirit Festival is just about a month away! Partake in this amazing festival of yoga, dance, and music in Batuan (just south of Ubud) in a venue full of tropical beauty. Teachers and musicians from around the world will be coming together for this 5th annual celebration of the merging of East with West cultures through the arts of yoga, music, and dance.

Ashtanga Yoga Confluence

We hope to see you at the first ever Ashtanga Yoga Confluence in San Diego from March 1 - March 4 considering it has been sold out for quite some time, now! There will be amazing instructors teaching at the Catamaran Resort Hotel & Spa throughout the weekend. The classes will guide you through backbends, handstands, breathing, and much more!

You can also enjoy live music by MC Yogi on Saturday Night from 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm.

Rod Stryker - The Four Desires - Feb 17 - 19

Join Rod Stryker, the founder of ParaYoga®, as he teaches a weekend workshop based on his best selling book, The Four Desires: Creating a Life on Purpose, Prosperity, Happiness, and Freedom.

Workshops take place on the following dates & times:
Friday: 9:00am - 12:30pm & 2:00pm - 5pm
Saturday: 9:00am - 12:30pm & 2:00pm - 5pm
Sunday: 1:00pm - 4:00pm

Rod will also be teach a workshop on Sunday from 9:00am - 11:00am called Tantra Yoga Vinyasa: Asana, Bandha, Mudra. This class is recommended for those with two years of previous yoga experience.

Manduka Ambassador Les Leventhal will be in the Mile High City this weekend to teach a trio of fantastic workshops at Bliss Yoga! From hip openers to backbends to arm balances and inversions, you are sure to find the workshop that works for you:

Hips & Twists: Liberate Your Hips, Free Your Spine
Stretch, relax, and strengthen your leg muscles before moving on to spine twists so you can ultimately release tension in your lower back!

Art of Backbends
Les will explore the elusive backbend by taking you through the physical, psychological, and spiritual aspects of the posture. Emphasize on your heart center while you open up the entire front body.

Arm Balancing & Inversions
Time to defy gravity (safely) as you strengthen your core and build upper body strength! Move through space upside down by creating that awareness you need to feel confident in inversions.

Texas Yoga Conference

Time to kick off your boots and do some Texas-style yoga! Join Houston area yoga studio owners Jennyoga, Curayoga, and YogaOne at the 3rd annual Texas Yoga Conference from February 17-19th at the University of Houston.
