We will deeply explore warm-ups + sun salutes in the style of Flowmotion® – then shift into rhythmically fluid sequencing. As the intensity + pace of the sequence builds, tune into your rhythm + express your flow! Set to a unique soundtrack, you will leave feeling a sense of empowerment + accomplishment, through creative movement + a liberating experience.
An internationally recognized teacher + entrepreneur based in Park City, Utah; Sarah is the creator of Flowmotion® + the founder of the apparel line, meSheeky®. She has been featured on the cover of Yoga Journal twice, in Elle magazine, in a video with Shiva Rea, + in several other yoga-related
publications. Sarah presents a progressive approach to flow yoga, offering urban elements, the freedom to color outside the lines + a way to practice that serves the modern-day yogi. About Simon
Simon Park began his Yoga journey in 1995 with Shiva Rea in the World Arts and Cultures Department at UCLA. Fast forward to the present where he was chosen by Yoga Journal as ” one of the most influential and gifted, next generation of Yoga teachers”. Dubbed “The Flying Nomad” by Shiva, he draws inspiration from road legends such as Keith Richards and Jack Kerouac. Based in Philly, he roams the planet in search of radical nature and revolutionary characters.

A Benefit for karmaNICA
Join this donation-based yoga class for an amazing cause!
karmaNICA supports the wonderful kids of Costa Sur continue on a path of education, learning and growth. With your help, karmaNICA will realize their mission of building a new playground and classroom for these kids as well as support educational programs that currently are not possible given their remote location.
The class will be led by Manduka Ambassador Jennifer Galardi and will take place Thursday, September 29th, from 6:45-7:00pm at Charles Nolan, 30 Gansevoort Street, in New York City.
From 8:15-10:30pm, enjoy an Open Bar, Music, a Trunk Show, and a Silent Auction!
