Holiday Charity Event: Kundalini Yoga and Meditation Workshop

All proceeds go to Yogaspire!

Come and join Nicki for a Kundalini Yoga and Meditation workshop focusing on Increasing Intuition: Listen to your inner voice and access the guru within

Join Nicki this Saturday, the 18th December at 14:00-16:30 to experience how Kundalini Yoga and Meditation can unveil your intuitive guide.

Guru means dispeller of darkness. When we tap into the guru, we move into a state of light - into an awakened state of consciousness. Our first guru is our mother, then comes our father. Then our teachers, those mentors who inspire our creative awakening and guide us along our destined paths are our next gurus. Our Satguru is the Guru of Truth, who illumines our spiritual awakening.

At all times the voice of Truth and Light is within each of us, if we are able to listen deeply enough, to quieten our mind's chatter and hear our inner voice. We need never look beyond the Self to find the Self.

Using the technology of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation come on a journey towards your True Self and discover your intuitive voice. Listen deeply to the wisdom already within you as we practice, meditate and liberate!
