The Yoga Trail from New York is coming to Amsterdam

The New York based group The Yoga Trail is making its first visit to Amsterdam. This October and November they offer Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes at several locations in Amsterdam. The classes are led by Silvia Neri, founder of The Yoga Trail. Last Sunday the Amsterdam tour started at creative hub De Ceuvel where Silvia gave her first yoga class at a special location: on top of an Amsterdam house boat.
The Yoga Trail offers Amsterdammers the chance to relax and get energized with Vinyasa Flow classes for all levels. “I’m on a journey using yoga to reconnect city dwellers with nature. Through yoga I can ground people back to earth, rebalancing and energizing them”, says Silvia. She also offers special Reiki Yoga workshops as a combination of these two ancient healing traditions.
Silvia Neri often travels offering yoga classes around the world tracing her yoga trail, from New York's Central Park to India. In addition The Yoga Trail shares information about practicing yoga worldwide. Silvia was born and raised in Italy and has been living in New York since 2004 combining her passion for sustainable architecture and yoga. After Amsterdam The Yoga Trail will offer yoga at the Spanish Canary Island of Tenerife this December and January.

Join The Yoga Trail in Amsterdam and discover how New York unwinds with yoga! You will find more information plus the Amsterdam schedule for October and November at www.theyogatrail.com
