I share with you 10 years of yoga/teaching experience that began in India.
Grace and the desire to deepen my yoga practice, lead me from India to Svaha Yoga Amsterdam, where I completed a year long intensive teacher-training course. I continued to teach and study yoga in Europe and India for five years.
My classes are well-rounded with emphasis being placed on proper physical alignment and energetic balance allowing for a safe progression towards increased flexibility and strength of body and mind. We will use props and the wall. Incorporating the Yoga Sutras, students receive the essential, philosophical aspects of Hatha Yoga.
Be prepared to breathe, sweat, laugh and let it all go.
