Like so many others, Candice came to yoga to address an injury. It was through yoga that she found her true passion and life's purpose. Her style of yoga is a rich blend of vinyasa and Iyengar yoga, tied together with laughter, compassion and a light heart. She teaches yoga, prenatal yoga and pelvic health and is the author of a book on prenatal yoga. She has been blessed to study under many inspiring teachers and has much experience as a yogi and a mother of three. She teaches workshops and trainings around the country, including the Flagstaff Yoga Festival and was honored to assist Leslie Howard at Yoga Journal SF 2010.
