Tricia began practicing yoga in 1999 while recovering from a volleyball injury. What started as a supplement to her normal exercise routine quickly became her new passion. After trying several different types of yoga, Tricia decided to become certified through Sunstone Yoga and completed her 500-hour training in 2006; she's also prenatal certified through Bridget Foley. While vinyasa flow and hatha yoga are her main focus, Tricia teaches from her own experience and tailors her classes to suit her student’s needs. She works with athletes, adults, mommies-to-be, and clients looking to heal after accidents and surgeries.
